This policy explains how GameVault collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our game top-up and wallet services.

02. Data we collect
We only collect what we need: name, email, optional phone, country, and Player IDs you enter for top-ups. When signing in via Google or Discord we receive your name and email from the provider. We never ask for your in-game account password.
03. How we protect your data
Passwords are hashed (Argon2id/bcrypt) and cannot be viewed by staff. Sessions use CSRF protection and HTTPS when enabled. Card data is not stored on our servers — it is processed by payment providers when activated.
04. How we use your data
We use your data to fulfil orders, manage your wallet, communicate about orders, and improve your experience. We never sell your data and only share it when legally required or to deliver the service (e.g. fulfilment partners).
05. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login, language, currency, theme preferences, and remembering your cookie consent. We do not use advertising trackers.
06. Data sharing
We may share minimal data with: game fulfilment partners (Player ID and package), payment providers (when paying), and Google/Discord (social login) — subject to their policies.
07. Your rights
You can edit your data from your profile or request permanent account deletion via support. You have the right to access and correct your data under applicable laws.
08. Children
The service is intended for users aged 18+ or with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children without such consent.
